The room was clean but the pics are fake and the other reviews have to be fake also.. because the bedding does not match pics nor anything else in the room. No fridge or microwave. They do have Roku TV which is great. It is quiet. People mind their business and for the area it’s as good as you’ll get. They tried to charge me a crazy price I called and complained and they gave me a discount.
Well , i stayed here because work brought me to Atlanta , I was delayed , and this was only 3 miles from where i was .I read the reviews , and to be honest , as always took it with a grain of salt , but with caution . Well the reviews were not fair from what i saw . whatever "activity " someone else may have seen , imagined , or made up , I myself had a very pleasant stay . The room was clean , the air conditioner worked well , the TV had plenty of channels , and WIFI was strong . The owners were very nice , as well as the staff , the only problem i see is the location isnt the best , but what are the owners supposed to do about that ? they are making a go of it in a difficult time and area , nobody bothered me there , but if someone wants to pick and find fault with everything , they will . no matter what , i myself would and will stay here again , and commend the owners and staff for their friendly , kind treatment , and relaxing stay.
We were welcomed by the friendliest reception staff ever. Stayed in Room 3 on the ground floor. Superb room with a private terrace. Beautifully décor and excellent cleanliness. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and there was the additional bonus of complimentary afternoon tea buffet each day, also delicious.
It's not the greatest but it's also not the worst. I really like the customer service and the rates. The staff is very attentive and very polite. I would recommend the OYO motel to almost everyone without hesitation.
What a lovely review! Thank you so much. I know.....we're not your typical hotel, and we're not for everybody. I'm so happy you decided to book with us and enjoyed it. We're all about serving our guests, and creating memories for kids...and of course having us do your laundry free is pretty fun for the grownups too.
Check in was quick and staff friendly. The grounds are beautiful...here in a large city yet you feel tucked away in all the greenery. The room is comfortable, well appointed. Bed, linens and pillows really nice. We slept well. Ate a snack at the hotel restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty... service good to. Took hotel trolley to Downtown City Walk. So easy and quick.
The maintenance and housekeeping staff really make it seem like home and love the people staying here. Front desk and management could use some work on their customer service skills. Overall a great place to kick it low key
We stayed for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in we received exceptional service which continued for our entire stay. Location couldn't get any better. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable and huge. The breakfast lady was wonderful and the breakfast was simple but all we needed. All in the entire hotel is not fancy but I loved it! Highly recommended
